These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revivio mobile application and related services (the “Service”), provided by Revivio (“we,” “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Revivio allows you to upload an image and enter a text prompt to generate a video using AI-based processing. Results may vary depending on your inputs and system conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Your Content and Permissions

A) Your responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and use any images, text, or other content you provide (“User Content”), and that your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of any third party (including privacy, publicity, and intellectual property rights).

B) License to operate the Service

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service (including generating videos and delivering results to you).

C) Generated content

The Service generates output videos based on your User Content and prompts (“Generated Content”). To the extent permitted by law, you own your Generated Content as between you and Revivio, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights. You are responsible for how you use and share Generated Content.

4. Storage and Availability (download-based deletion)

Generated results and related metadata may be stored on our servers only as needed to provide delivery and downloading within the App.

Once you successfully download a generated result to your device, we will delete the generated result from our active servers within a reasonable period of time. If you do not download the result, it may be deleted after a limited time and may not remain available.

You are responsible for downloading and saving any results you wish to keep.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy/publicity rights
• Create or share unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• Create misleading or deceptive content (including impersonation or fraud)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, Credits, and Purchases

A) Credits

The Service may use credits to generate videos. Credit costs can vary based on settings (e.g., duration, resolution). We may change credit costs and offerings from time to time.

B) Revivio PRO subscriptions

Revivio offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., weekly or yearly) that may include credits and additional features (such as up to 10-second videos, watermark removal, and 720p/1080p exports where available).

C) Billing

Payments are processed by Apple. Your purchase is subject to Apple’s terms. We do not control Apple’s billing processes.

D) Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

E) No refunds (except where required)

All purchases are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or permitted by Apple’s policies. Any refund requests are handled by Apple.

7. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, designs, and trademarks. Except as expressly permitted, you may not use our intellectual property without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIVIO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR GENERATED CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice as required by law. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
