Revivio Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Revivio (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Revivio mobile application (the “App”) and related services (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

A) Content you provide

When you use Revivio, you may choose to upload:

• Photos/images you select for generation
• Text prompts you enter (instructions describing the desired video)

We process this content to generate videos.

B) Generated results

• Generated videos created by the Service

C) Metadata and technical information

We may collect and store limited metadata and technical information, such as:

• Request identifiers (e.g., generation ID)
• Timestamps and selected settings (e.g., duration, resolution)
• Device and app information (e.g., device model, OS version, app version)
• Basic diagnostics and performance logs (to improve reliability)

D) Analytics information

We use third-party analytics and attribution tools (such as Firebase and AppsFlyer) to help us understand app performance, measure marketing effectiveness, and improve the Service. These tools may collect information such as device identifiers and app usage events, subject to their respective privacy practices and your device settings.

E) Purchase and subscription information

If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, Apple processes the payment. We may receive limited information (e.g., subscription status) to provide the Service. We do not receive your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and operate the Service (including generating videos from your inputs)
• Deliver generated results to your device
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App and Service
• Measure app performance and marketing effectiveness
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Provide customer support and respond to requests
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Processing and Retention

To provide generation and downloads, Revivio uses server-side processing.

• We store generation metadata and generated results on our servers only for as long as needed to deliver the result to you in the App.
• After you successfully download the generated result to your device, we delete the generated result from our active servers within a reasonable period of time.
• If a download is not completed, we retain the generated result only for a limited time to allow delivery, after which it is deleted.

Backups and logs: For security and reliability, limited information may be retained in encrypted backups or system logs for a limited period and deleted on a rolling basis according to our internal retention practices.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

• Service providers / processors that help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, content delivery, analytics, customer support). This includes Firebase and AppsFlyer. These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. AI and Automated Processing

Revivio uses AI models to process your uploaded content and text prompts to generate videos. The output is generated automatically and may vary depending on the input content and prompt.

We do not use your uploaded photos/images, prompts, or generated results to train our AI models.

6. Your Choices and Controls

• Access to Photos: You can allow or deny the App access to your Photos. If denied, you may not be able to select images for generation.
• Deletion: Because generated results are stored only as needed to deliver them, they are generally deleted after you download them. If you need assistance, contact us at [email protected].

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live, which may have different data protection laws.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, where required, provide additional notice.
